“Inititative” (Frumkvæði) is a 3 months project available for unemployed people of foreign origin with good business ideas. The training is provided by the Innovation Center of Iceland. It involves 6 weeks training in making a business plan and assistance in putting the plan in action.
Good knowledge of English is a prerequisite for attending the training, which is in English, but the training material is in Icelandic.
Applications are reviewed by a team from VMST and the Innovation Center.
The deadline for applications is on the 29th of February.
